What you asked has came up a few times over decades.
1-7 days happens. I would not update your profile thereafter not so much as add a full stop to it, so think it through.
The owner can approve your profile and so can his moderator's. If he currently has no mods then your profile will not be approved only he can do that.
How can you see the forum's then?
If it takes you longer than 7 days get back to us all on here.
The owner cannot be awake 24/7!
