I have no idea what the party line on H1B visas are. Haven't heard the Dems say anything specifically about them. I don't think a high paying job should be given to an immigrant if there is an American capable of doing it. That seems to be in line with Canadian immigration policy. Of course, if the company or industry is facing a serious void, qualified immigrants should absolutely fill the position(s).

I commented on the word you typed all in a row. I did see those. I have no context for the video of Trump.and Obama.though, as none was given either by you or the X post. I'd guess the Carter funeral would be the most likely place for the two men to be together. I had to actually Google it Trump even went and the very first story is about Trump shaking hands with Mike Pence. I'll I don't think Obama's opinion of Trump have changed, nor do I think Trump's opinion of Obama has changed. But neither of them were there for that.
