I'm ok with Europe doing more too. It sucks that this is what it's taken for that to happen. European countries should have started growing their militaries the first time Russia invaded Ukraine. It has become crystal clear that the US will not be helping our traditional allies anymore, so I hope that they can depend on themselves and each other now. There's talk about not inviting Trump to the G7 summit after last night. I guess we'll see how that goes.

It's the weekend. I can enjoy Vance's karma boomerang. It really didn't take much focus away from anything else. I believe the last thing I was talking about here was the Zelensky meeting. The repercussions of that are going to take a while. I've just heard some Norwegian company has ended contracts to refuel American ships. Pretty sure Trump will want to invade Norwegia now.

A journalist from Russian state media was streaming the Zelensky thing live from the White House. White House staff of course has no idea how he got in there, as he wasn't on the list. So security at the White House just lets anybody in now? Oh just Russian "media"? That explains a lot actually. The AP and now Reuters aren't allowed in the press pool now or some shit. Idk. Some kind of bullshit attack on freedom of the press. Usual Trump shit. Zelensky went to the UK after meeting at the White House. Not only did the country pledge their full support to Ukraine, but Zelensky was invited to sit with King Charles that same day. Apparently it's a big deal cuz Chuck was at a castle he doesn't usually host foreign dignitaries. Turkey, which has the second largest military on the planet l, has agreed to support Ukraine in the war, even suggesting Ukraine be let into NATO. I'm a little surprised by that, honestly. European leaders are supposed to met this week to discuss the Ukrainian war efforts and how best to support them as well as who should be leading the free world now. Wars are still ongoing. Eggs and gas still high. The Atlanta Fed is warning of a possible recession.

Pretty sure it says so in the Constitution. But I do know that there is a term limit for presidents. The likelihood of an Amendment being ratified in time to change anything is pretty much none. But people break laws every day. That's why we have prisons.
