Be aware that accounts for 10% of X posts but this doesn't include Russia, Iran, Israel, NK, using VPNs. Nigeria and India will use less VPNs but a lot of those con jobs will still use them.

Personally I think the figure is 70% or higher.

When people run these accounts using Russia, North Korea, Iran as examples. They are all state actors and special interest groups. lets say they employ 10,000 people, maybe more, those 10,000 people will be responsible for 80% of bullshit number 10 millions of tweets. Those 10,000 people will control over 100 million -250 million accounts.
There is no single number for "how many accounts on X" because the question can be interpreted in different ways. An individual can create up to 10 separate accounts, while the total number of active user accounts globally is estimated to be over 350 million.
