While I use a very similar technique I find the additional use of ice packs around the genitals help as well. It assures that any possible pleasurable sensation is removed entirely.

I have to say that I have milked many boys over the years, during and after spanking scenerios. You all seem to have the anatomy right, but I never had one of them orgasm. Milking forces them to drip cum without cumming. It certainly takes off the edge and allows me to play with them for as long as I wish. Milking should be done the agric way where an electrical probe is inserted into the male animals anus. A mild electrical shock is delivered to the prostate and ejaculation is involuntary. The Mistress is in full control with the power to flip a switch at will. This can carry on for hours except that the quality of sperm collected later deteriorates. No participation from the slave is required and he has no decision taking options. i guess the anal orgasm in a male is more mysterious and elusive then that in the Female. There is no ejaculation with the orgasm just waves of uncontrolable spasms of pleasure accompinied by trembling cunvulsions and intense heat. the biggist problem is that they aren't controlable or predictable like when Masturbating.
Or maybe i'm just too analytical. There doesn't seem to be the same set of sensations building up to orgasm or tell tale signs of release. i do know that i can't feel what a finger would feel with the butt plug i use on myself. i can only feel what is going on inside.
The directions i recieved from Mistress Persephone was the i was to purchase a curved butt plug and begin "Milking" my prostate with it until i would cum.
