Sadly, I'm not very active in the forum as much as I am in the chatroom, as you can see this is my first post.
However, I'm a young guy wondering the ways and world of the new lifestyle he has just been introduced to.
Too start my story and to show how I was introduced, I figured I may as well give myself a little introduction so you all may understand where my footstands on things.
It all started back when I was playing a video game online, called Neverwinter Nights. From going server to server, holding many particular roles to each world, trying to make a differnt in what ways I can. One day friend of mine told me of a server...It seemed disgruntling at first. Actually the server was a bit out of line in many instances, but I stayed there for three weeks out of curiousity. I moved onto another server, called Blood N Steel. This server helped introduce me into this particular lifestyle. I chatted with many of the players, Got to know some people on some personal levels and I found out these concepts of life even existed. They introduced me to some links, Like Bondage.com, Castelrealm, and a few other miscelanious links. I went to these sites read these links, in and out, trying my best to understand the lifestyle without personal experiances.
It came time when I came across and article, or rather a story that had happened to someone between her Master and then herself. I came to realize something that a relationship with this context holds something...Holds one of the most important traits i look for in a relationship. T-R-U-S-T . This is the key part to any relationship, without it, it doesn't exist. I noticed in a relationship of this style, there is more then just the typical trust for the partner, but people offer themselves in situations many people fear, or don't understand. They allow themselves to be controlled to an extent that they have to trust that person to even CONSIDER the idea.
I'm not in it for the pain game, I'm not in it for the humilation, I simply look at that trust, and that level of feeling they must have for that particular partner... And a new found chance of love and progression... I'm here, I'm learning, and I'm willing to try things in my new perspective.
Seeking a Mistress, a teacher, perhaps a close friend.
I'm here to learn, I'm here to try, I'm here to understand.
