Just perusing here and there and came across a profile stating the prospective owner preferred a young slave, young being up to age 27, anybody 28 or older was considered to be an old slave.

Since i am over 40 i must be an ancient slave, lol.

How many of you feel you are an old slave or dominant because you are 28 or older?

I am 41, look 35 and feel 18... so whatever.

My submissive is 38, looks 30 and sexier than hell...I wouldn't trade her in for a hundred "younger" women... once again...whatever...

"US" over 40 crowd (43 here and Sir is 49) just get better with age  [:D]

Age is immaterial and irrelevant to me. If someone focuses on that and chooses not to want me because I'm 41, I really don't care. It just means we weren't right for each other. There are a lot of things I have learned, and there is a wisdom I bring to the relationship that comes from years of misinformation...I mean, experience.

Are there times I wish I was younger...yeah, when I think of the years I put up with B.S. in a relationship that was long past saving.  But...like the song says:

"I could have missed the pain...but I'd have had to miss the dance"

And here I thought I had such a long ways to the top of the hill. Shoot I am only 34, and now I am devastated to find out that I am old. Does this mean it is time to hit the retirement home? hehe.. I knew that cane would come in handy for something someday..

Well, I may be 46, but if I do say so, I don't think I really look much older than 40 or 42, but that is, I suppose, all in the eye of the beholder. But, with age has come some wisdom, which should be worth something, right? Plus, I read a lot, so I feel I do have some interesting things to say sometimes, whether "vanilla" or bdsm oriented. [:)]

Dear twicehappy, Ladies and Gentlemen;
 
I seem to be older than anybody posting (so far), so being that I'm so old, I sat near Moses in kindergarden -- so not only am I over the hill--I'm under it. [Chuckles]
 
That said, I prefer older slaves as they don't run away as fast.

I will say that actively entering the public scene at age 18 and growing up in the 8 years since has certainly been an interesting experience.

At 26, yes, I know that I have maybe 20% the hotness of a 20 year old does on the basis of wanting "fresh young meat" alone.

Like with the looks discussion, like with the fat chicks discussion, like with any preferences- while I might not be on the "OMG drool hot" category in terms of age, it doesn't mean much in terms of just being me and fulfilled.

At 51, I'm pretty old. There aren't many doms who are older than me. But I'm new to this so I don't feel like an old *slave*, just old compared to most of the pretty, sweet, young things I see around me.

I'm 53 and just hitting my stride.  I do not consider any slave under the age of 50. My RT one is 62 :)

<---- 45, although most people believe half-a-dozen to a decade less.  It's not like I'm seeking necessarily a partner in their 20's.  However, when I see profiles of people, say, 35 that believe that I'm outside the scope, I do sense I only have a good month or two left in me.  Of course, that month or two will be AWESOME for the person lucky enough to be there.  Must reduce a bit first, though.
