Here's an idea...USE YOUR IMAGINATION. 
Here's another...Go back and research the other gazillion threads on this same topic from other 'disobedient little boys' (or girls, whatever).

Edited to add:  If your (phony) Mistress can't come up with some decent punishment for you, I'd recommend finding a new one.

I think your comments are entirely uncalled for.  This person was told to come here and ask this.  It is not his choice.

Here is my advice:

STOP AIRING OUT YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY(literally)!  IF YOUR MISTRESS CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING, THAT'S HER PROBLEM, NOT OURS.

Tell your mistress every one here says to do her own work. Nobody is going to provide her with the answers, or fantasies.

See punishment, is very personal, to be effective and not just whank off material you have to have something the sub truely would not like, And apply that to the situation.

It smacks of lazyness to ask others to tell you how to disipline.
