i looooooooove to go out dancing- and it's kinda hard if you're bound in a cage or a corner at all times...lol...and then there's always going to the park, running around the block- and grocery shopping- yucky.
i lead a very vanilla life- i have to lol, i have a ten month old daughter- it's kinda hard to be 'caged, collared, and cuffed 24/7'
for those of you who ARE 'caged, collared, and cuffed 24/7' i just feel bad for you. There is so much more to life than can be seen in any one little facet of existence.

I wonder perhaps if there is some difference in opinion of what a slave is? In my opinion if one was a slave they would be so 24/7. It is who they are, just as they are human. Rather like I am a woman, something that never changing regardless of the activities I am involved in at the moment. I am a dominant woman, does the fact that I am sitting at a desk typing while doing other odd work make me not so? I think not, I am always a dominant woman wether I am sitting here all alone in my office, walking my dog this evening, or giving reading and writing instructions to a potential submissive before I go to bed. A slave is always a slave wether they are watching a movie or in the middle of a heavy play session with their master or mistress..........at least in my opinion.

My life is no freaking non-kink it is sad. 
 
I love to read, I do that a lot. I love music, I always have it on and what I listen to varies with my mood.  On Sunday nights there is a radio station here that brings out a lot of old radio shows, and a few new ones.  My ex and I pop popcorn, light candles, turn all the lights out, turn the volume up and just act like it's way back before tv.
 
We live in a pretty small town, there isn't much to do.  When I lived in the town over, (where IU is)..I would go out with friends a lot, play pool, out to dinner, movies, and things like that.  There was  a "Cheers" type of bar, we went to..the bartender loved us, we would spend a couple of hours, a few dollars, and have the biggest blast.  We would go to the park at night, play on the toys, and just talk.
 
See, so NOT kinky, but some of my best times.

Doesn't matter if helen is on a cross getting flogged, on her knees at my feet, in the kitchen making me a coffee or on the bus going into town, going round the supermarket doing the shopping or off with her family and hasn't seen in in the flesh for a few days.... she is still a slave, she is still MY slave and I am still her Master. Alseep, awake, whatever it is simply part of who she is, who I am and the dynamic between us. It is not a game we play or a mask we wear, simply how we relate.

This is the way that my Master and I relate as well, wherever, whenever, with whomever...  I belong to Him.

As far as things that I do outside of my "kink space," I am a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, an employee, and a comedic genius in my own mind.  (I crack myself up in order to self-entertain...  lol)

I like music and reading, watching tv, playing on the computer, driving, shopping, teaching my unmentionables to play board games that I played when I was their age.  [:)]

I read and watch movies all the time. Daddy when he has time also reads avidly. We do "normal" things even though it's hard to define normal. We go out to eat, go to vanilla clubs, movies etc...

The problem is ... What do you define as Lifestyle....

Lifestyle to me is just the way I live.  Be it going to the movies that I enjoy... or playing in the dungeon.  Problem I see is people equate lifestyle as meaning.. KINKY or Powerexhange etc etc.  Well as I said... it's just what I do in the course of my daily life.  I work...I play.  all part of my lifestyle.
