I see this on many profiles and understand it stans for total power exchange. THis mean person totally submits or likes to switch?

I really hope this helps...
This is how I interpret TPE, Total Power Exchange...is where the slave gives all to his/her Owner...the slave no longer has the burden of any decisions, also has no power...I cant really see where a S/switch would be capable of being on the giving end of TPE, as this would require them to give up the possibility of ever being able to Switch again...
