slavedesires -> sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/15/2004 5:39:49 PM)

This girl has questions regarding boobs that are beginning to sag.
i am losing weight and toning at CURVES but i now desire more.
This girl use to be 145 to 160 as 5'8" and went way up after the trauma of family issues and is is successfully coming down; but needs help with sagging boobs.
Any suggestions are definately appreciated.

Not meaning to sound facetious but would a boob job work?

My sister-in-law, age 50, had gastric bypass surgery and she lost 130lbs in about a year, needless to say everything sagged. She had several plastic surgeries and looks fantastic now.

Very admirable of you for losing weight and taking care of yourself. It's hard work but well worth the effort!

Going to the gym will firm up the muscles underneath the breast, and will give you a little bit of a lift but probably not what you are looking for. Plastic surgery is an option. In the meantime, have you been properly fitted for a bra? The right size and style makes all the difference.

Best of Luck to you.

As you can see my breasts are ..hmm how do you say..rather large. The more I work out my chest at the gym the more they stand out. They don't sag yet. I'm not sure they ever really will. My mother did literally nothing her last ten years. They really did'nt sag a lot.
Although..I have always said..if they ever do. To the point exercise cannot help them.
A three grand boob job will be well worth it. Not necessarily to make them larger but just to perk them up. If you notice...boob jobs look hideous. Firm round breasts that don't really give. (now people that is just my opinion but fake looks fake.) So, I'm not sure if today was the day I was considering going to the plastic surgeon, when I got there I would really go through with it.
I'd work out the chest muscles and maybe the shoulders a bit. Weight training. I'm not sure what curves does. If all else fails. Perhaps check into a plastic surgeon.

i have to agree with sub4hire, breast augmentation tends to look fake and can be quite expensive. If you choose that avenue make sure you thoroughly research your Dr. and his work. Drs have patients that will allow you to see their work. Don't be shy, this is your body and your the one who is going to have to live with it.

If you don't want to go to that extreme. Weight training is an excellent way to firm up the pectoral muscles. Butterfly curls is one place to start and you don't have to join a gym to do them. Just purchase some hand weights and you can do them in the comfort of your own home. You can research it on the net to get instructions and pictures. Good luck! [:)]

have to add 2cents on breast augmentation.
my mother had it done about a year ago. doctors are often unwilling to believe you want to stay the same size, and just get things lifted. she wanted to be un-saggy. she ended up with D cups.

also, know the risks. hers encapsulated and she has to get 'em redone now.

:(

Am I reading this wrong or is it more a case of breast reduction.

In any case before you go under a knife I'd recommend thoroughly going through other avenues like weight lifting and push-ups to strengthen your pectoral muscles.

Another question is does your Master care. You know, he may find you beautiful as you are. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he appreciates your desire to look nice for him, but he may be in rose-colored glasses when it comes to you and would rather you not do anything drastic. (The odds of an anesthetic reaction are slim {really slim}, but not non-existent. He may not want that risk if he sees no value to be gained.)

Thank you velvetvixen for the encouragment.

Genetically i suppose i am doomed? i look at my mom and 2 younger sisters and i still have had the perkiest boobs the longest of all the women in my biological family, for which i am grateful.

Yes i have been properly fitted. Actually it was rather embarassing since a school marm type of woman touched me everywhere as she attempted to measure and show me the best way to wear a nonsexy bra.
She was not liking the fact that i did not purchase her bras but walked out to find something more my style.

Unfortunately i am like many other woman who are without boob jobs, not anatomically "straight," but in this i also feel fortunate since others do empathize and i do with them. Seeing the postive is helpful in all this.

i was hoping there might be some specific exercises for the pec muscles of us woman that others have found helpful.
CURVES is a resistence type of exercise set for all muscle groups and soon i hope to not only walk on opposite days but also start to do TaeBo. Any suggestions?

keeping on .. . . . with a smile

Thank You feline for your words of wisdom and i will look on the net as you suggested.

Financially i will never be able to afford breast augmentation and would never consider it without strong encouragement from Master Damian. He does not seem to be concerned, but i guess i am each 10 lbs i go down and stand in front of the mirror and know what my sisters and mom look like.

slavedesires -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/16/2004 5:05:09 PM)

iwillserveu,

yes, tis a case of reading this wrong. i am not a candidate for breast reduction, never have been. 36B to 40C <*chuckle> is not exactly top heavy.
i wish they made 39B/C for right now, but then i cannot afford specialty bras either!

So at CURVES i sweat, to the net i go to research pec muscle exercises, and the weights i will pick up as soon as my focus is that way.

Estring -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/16/2004 6:11:58 PM)

These days with breast implants so common, people have forgotten how real, natural breasts are supposed to look. It could be that they don't sag at all, but actually look normal. I would have to see them to be sure.[;)]
But seriously, I think real is always best.
And sorry to tell you all, breasts are filled with fat. No amount of chest exercises will change how they look.

slavedesires -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/16/2004 9:51:00 PM)

Estring Sir,

i shared your comments with Master Damian and He invites You to evaluate my breasts if You so choose. In fact, if You were closer to Dallas, He would invite You to have an up close and personal look at His girl.

Have an awesome evening Sir.

Well slavedesires, thank your Master Damian for me. And if I am ever in the Dallas area I would love to take him up on that.

Well fat is stored there yes, or can be, but they are really filled with mammary glands.

At least that's what high school biology taught me at any rate, hehehe.

iwillserveu -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/17/2004 2:45:00 PM)

If I remember my high school Biology class to, then all that is on a layer of muscle. Increase the muscle tone and at least you address on potential set. As for the mammary glands and fat, push-ups won't help. I wouldn't hurt either.

Of course, you might want to try chicken soup.[:D] (We’ll see who is old enough to get that one. [:)])

slavedesires -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/17/2004 5:47:19 PM)

giggling............. you all are so funny.

sagging boobs are about alot of extra skin over mammory glands, fat and some muscle tissue ........... its sort of like a balloon that has been blown up extra tight and high for a long time and the air let out............ it gets wrinkly (yuck). gots the same issue with tummy muscles but i know they will take time and be firmer.

chicken soup for the soul?
i gots Master now! [:)]

IBHank -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (4/23/2004 3:36:25 PM)

Boobs are mostly fatty tissue, but! there can be a good amount of fiberous materal... Some drugs and excerise can enhance the amount of this holding together like materal and help maintain or enhance you present condition. Master Hank

I could not possibly comment

Then why post?

I recently went from a D to a B due to nothing that I did (I hate my boobs, they change sizes all by themselves) and I have changed my lifting routine a bit and got new bras (the only good thing about having my breasts having a mind of their own). They are still a little saggy with some stretch marks, but they are mine and my partner wouldn't want them any other way [:D]

stormsfate -> RE: sagging boobs...... is this the right section? (11/20/2005 7:32:28 AM)

Well if you go the plastic surgery route, there is such a thing as a lift (which I would love to get...lol). Also, lifting weights can help tremendously.

best regards,
fate
