Most people have told you that he's pushing, he's putting too much pressure on you, etc. etc., and they're probably right, but take a look at what YOU'RE doing, too. Make sure you're not giving him mixed signals. Why are you talking to him at all if you're not interested in him?
Part of the problem may be that I have a hard time understanding your run-on sentences, so I don't really understand what's happening between you two.
