Keep one thing in mind. No one is required to play. You can go and observe and

I've always found the best location to actually TRAIN a sub is in my home. Playspaces and play parties are fine for a little SM play but not actual training in my opinion.

the best domina listing that I know of is

they list mistresses, as well as dungeons according to location, I'm sure you wont have a hard time finding a place there!
