Similar to "Outback's" Alice Springs Chicken & mixed veggies. (chicken breasts covered w/ generous slice of Monterey Jack cheese and then bacon slices) I ate almost 1/2 of a small chicken breast and about 2 tablespoons of mixed veg (mostly carrots - [:'(] , don't get me wrong I usually LOVE carrots but not these) .
