I have one idea, one idea of safety. Never tie yourself up to the point where it is hard to escape from the bondage.

According to Jay Wiseman, the number one cause of death/injury in bondage is when a submissive is left alone for some reason...

I agree !!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, I have known Doms/Dommes to pass out from sheer excitement, so especially with suspension bondage either use safety equipment that allows the sub to release his/herself or a spotter for intense scenes at least until you both know if either of you have a tendency to faint.
