I found bags of small plastic and wooden clothes pegs in the hobby shops. I guess they were for creating doll houses. However they make perfect toys. Lay a thin string along a body part and peg it in place with the clothes pegs. Take one end of the string and lift straight up removing them all at once. Forskin can be drawn up over the head and the pegs used to hold it in place like a hood. They fly off one by one as the arousal grows. They are tiny but they pack more of a wallop then regular size ones do.

But a Box of thumb tacs is a good option....(although I go with the mind as the best toy around)

Sanwiched tween two layers of bondage tape or sewn tween two straps to wrap around the knuckles as a knuckle duster.

Sewn into the palm and fingers of a glove as a vamp glove.

Sewn into the tips of a normally thuddy chamois flogger for a nice stinging effect
the list is fairly long for nasty little uses..

BDSM on a budget discussions. Gotta love them! 99 cents stores are the epitome of juicy pervertables. Fly swatters. Scrubbie pads (multipacks!). Phone wires for stingy floggers. 6-7 colors of duct tape. Extended lighters & mini bottles for alcohol for fire play. Plastic & wooden clothespins in all sizes & variations of tightness. Unscented house candles. The list goes on. I could go into a 99 cent store & fill a huge toy bag for a newbie for under $50.

Heck, I even make some of my own toys. Bamboo canes, fur tail floggers, etc. Let's not forget crafts stores either! Home Deviant is my choice mostly for hardware, especially load rated. What kills me is when I attend fetish events like B.R. in DC or F.F.F. in Boston; I see all these utilitarian items for extravagant prices! Where do you think ~they~ got them? Hmmm? Lol, your friendly, neighborhood Domme Depot.

One tip though for the world's best, nearly un-breakable paddle? Bed Bath & Beyond sells a wooden pizza paddle for cheap, $10 I think? Damn thing is HUGE!!! Haven't met a bitch boy yet that can handle more'n a few whacks from it.... (I sense some challenges being drawn here, lol)

I did that once as a door prize for a party... ::smile:: went to the local 99-Cent Store, got a small fishing box and started shopping... omg... clips, clamps, ace bandages, toothbrush, toothpaste, emery boards, lube, condoms, mineral ice gel, baby socks (makes great/cute cock sox), toothpicks, bungee cords, mini first aid kit, and more I forget... all for $1 apiece or less...
