Happy Holidays Everyone

Greedy Gyrl Day's tomorrow, and all thru our nest...
The felines are fighting, while the gyrls are at rest.
The stockings are clamped to the cage by the door,
Waiting to be packed by the Goddess of More.

Our bear is not sleeping, she's chatting online
On vacation from school so late nights now are fine.
Momma's tucked in tightly; I'm here in my hat.
I've just settled in for some mail and a chat.

I've procrastinated again and out shopping I'll go.
To add to my fun we have cold and huge snow.
I'll buy bear more trinkets and Momma new sox
I'll wrap them four times in a really big box.

The bench is already piled high with neat stuff
One really would think there is more then enough.
Time will pass quickly, then we'll gather in greed.
To open up quickly, things we really don't need.

The Greedy Gyrl Goddess, She treats us real good,
With candy, kewl gadgets, BIG things made of wood.
That's not the best part though, of the whole big charade,
It's the company kept, and the memories we made.

I've learned in the end it's the quality of time,
Not all about just the nickel and dime.
I wish all my family both extended and here
A Ryde you will treasure, filled with holiday cheer.

Be safe in your journeys, all buckled in tight.
Then plan to come party, its FET5, Jan 1st night.
I am toasting my birthday that eve with my peers.
A big one for me, I'll be 35 years.
