I would consider the 'universal precautions' a first step. Feces are rich in bacteria, so any open area or mucous membrane would be a portal of entry to you. Consider also how a passing fancy moving into a full fetish or obsession could have a subsequent long term impact on you and your psyche. This is an area where prudence might be fashionable.

It depends on what sort of scat play you want. Risks increase when feces touches a mucus membrane or opening in skin or when another's feces is involved. So, either you or your partner could defecate before the other or in a diaper with very, very little risk. You would incrementally increase the likelihood of infection if you applied your own feces to your chest or back. It would be a still small, but greater health risk to put another's feces there. Engaging with your own feces is always safer than engaging with another's feces. Anecdotally and according to mid-20th century scholarship, I understand even coprophagia (eating feces) to be not very dangerous if you are in good health and you consume your own feces.

lol what a load of crap you will be ill monica please read more does anyone rememeber jack and the box feces kill one or more childern so that is just s little bit of learning no feces is safe to eat we went through this before now monica so you does this yourself eat feces i am asking becasue so many gave advice on this and i wonder if they do this themself at all ??????if i find one person who does this and gaves advice who is not submissive or slave then i may stop say do not eat the crap at all so let me know if you do this and then i think you can gave out this advice to other. this is for all who wrote and said " eat it "
