Some people have issues with it, some emotional and some physical. Some might have had cancer or some other bad physical problem and need surgery to help reform into a good shape for them. I also know people who have been extremely overweight, lose the weight and then need surgery to tuck skin in- including the labia. I plan on having breast surgery at some point for my own physical vanity.
