Do CD/TVs get involed in WIITWD to have a go some place to dress up?

I'm wondering because I've seen those that really have no interest in D/s or BDSM. A friend's husband who cross- dresses was part of a group I was in.. he loved to make cookes and dressed quite nicely. He tried to play but it seemed he was just doing it to be part of the group. It wasn't a humilaiton thing for him.

My question:.. is Crossdressing (in this instance) a part of the lifestyle or is it just a place to be?

It's a fetish and yes I think it has a place in BDSM. It can be used as humilation or as a part of a sub/slaves uniform. My sub is really into cross dressing as a result of my attempting to use it as humilation

He was so turned on by it that now he no longer wears mens underwear.
I have to say it doesn't bother me in the slightest, I could care less what he wears under his clothes or at home. He looks so cute in his french maid's outfit, he wears it to serve me. Its alot of fun to go shopping with him too.

The only thing that bugs me is his legs look SO damn good in thigh hi's, I sometimes wonder if they look better then mine

We have more than a few members of Desert Dominion who I believe come just to cross dress and socialize. We don't have a lot of club protocols, but we do have some definite rules, one of the biggest of which is not putting others down for their kink. I can think of a few that come to nearly every party, never engage in any BDSM play and don't even watch the play. I think they come simply because they can socialize in a totally accepting atmosphere.
