I forget who wrote it or sings it, but it was really popular in the eighties. It's really catchy, and always makes me feel happier. I like lots of songs, and many of them make me smile - but that one came to mind right away, for some reason.

I honestly dont know the name of it .. Country song about a couple named Tommy and Katy .....  Makes me smile and cry .....  First long term Master was named Tommy and had been  married to a katy ... but it iwas more about the discription of him... Makes me think back fondly ... But also reminds me he is gone .. taken in a very odd accident ...  but first come the smiles and the memories

I have many, but three that come to mind are "Cheeseburger in Paradise" by Jimmy Buffett,  "I'm Walking On Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves, and "Honky Tonk Ba-Donk-A-Donk" by Trace Adkins.

I have always thought  "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka-dot Bikini" was a cute and funny song.  Hadn't heard it in ages, but saw it on a Yoplait yogurt commercial recently.

LOL!  A bunch of us were singing that song in the dungeon one night.  We had a male sub strung up and blindfolded, and whenever something hurt, he'd scream out a bunch of gibberish that sounded, to us, like an oriental language.  We decided it was Japanese, so every time he screamed, we'd sing.

I listen to all kinds of music minus HEAVY rock

I am listening now to Hero by Enrique Iglasias with the (WTC tribute) where along with the song, there are interviews going on.

I am reflecting.....loss.  But the song itself....shows so much strength.

my dad and i were just listening to that song today!! 

I know this will sound dumb to some of you, but I just LOVE Hanson's song With you in your dreams.... It makes me cry happy tears... b/c I know, that my best friend is still with me... even thought she died over 5 years ago... she is still with me... and always will be... "Don't look back at this time , as a time of heartbreak and Distress... Remember me... Remember me.. Cuz' I'll be with you in your dreams!"
