There are quite a few who will-for the right guy.

Finding a decent belt that's hygenic is the real problem.

Well, for me as an individual, a chastity belt would be ridiculous. Sex just isn't of much interest for me, and I would feel insulted or find it laughable if a partner implied that I couldn't keep chaste without something forcing me to.
As a piece of fetish wear, I might wear one temporarily or for a scene, but they don't hold much interest for me.

I was kind of hoping the intent of the original post was women who wanted to put steel chastity belts on ME.

Personally, I *think* I'd take the request to wear one as a compliment. Course too that goes to say that I wouldnt want to live in one 24/7 for the rest of my life, but everything has it's moments.....
