I love to use Mouse Traps...they stay on almost any size nipple.
Plus you can tie string to them and pull or add weights.

I also use the tweezer type that has thing that slides up...I have hung weights from them also,
one set I have has a 3rd clip for a clit but I  can also hook it to the underside of the ball area.

Egads!  Mouse traps?!  If they're strong enough to cut a mouse in half, aren't they dangerous to use on nipples?

... I think they are confused with similar fabric store tools used to thread a draw string or similar through a sewn fabric pocket.

The tool you are referring to is called a bodkin.  I would, however, suggest using a rubber dip on the sharp tips.

I don't think they meant to set the trap and drop the boob into it,  geeezzzz.

When the trap is in the "sprung" position you raise the lever, position it on the nipple and release

Right you dont snap them...well I guess if your a really cruel One you could.
I gently apply them let them hang down and pull on the the thing that normally set the trap.
Believe or not Most think the clothespins hurt worse.

Japanese clamps or "Clover" clamps are used in conjunction with a looped string around the back end of the clamp tied to a clamp on a nearby immovable surface - they are sometimes called a "third hand clamp" or "sewing bird" (although a proper sewing bird often looks like an actual bird and holds string or one side of some fabric in its beak for you). They are indeed a traditional sewing notion and a part of any good sewing kit. I believe that most fabric stores don't carry them because they suck.

FWIW, they are $4 each at Lacis, with the table clamp too. That's a good deal. To make them all pretty you could attach some nice chain to them and make a paired set or use them as is and use that hole in the clover end to attach weights or what have you.

I use these little hair clips for unmentionables, not only on nipples but on lots of other places I can grab. They have lots of mesh teeth, and are designed to hold on to baby-fine hair, so once they're on, they're on. Then I wear them in *my* hair when I teach the next day. [:D]

For some you might try the rubber castration rings they have a spreader you have to buy and you roll them off. It is a big rubber band type if you are good you can lay a string across the nipple  and then place the band across the string and then use to tie to any thing you like. I can assure you the do work. 1969slave made refference to them a while back as well. You can find them at any Farm and Fleet  or farm supply store

This is advanced play. Not that I have anything wrong with that. Just don't try it as the first thing you do.

i have very long  nipples so clothes pins work best for me!

ez2bowb4u -> RE: Nipple clamps (8/17/2006 2:19:09 PM)

for large nipples i've had the most success with mouse traps and (2)  1/8"-1/4" diameter wooden dowels sand smooth and use with multiple rubber bands....the closer you get the rubber bands to the nipple the tighter they get......stay on well and weights cans easily be added.

NYMaster101 -> RE: Nipple clamps (8/17/2006 5:31:22 PM)

Clover clamps get my vote.

Whiterabbit0117 -> RE: Nipple clamps (8/17/2006 8:36:10 PM)

The problem with the noose is getting it off.  If you use a fine cord make sure that there is enough of a slip knot that you can get a hold of to release.  Cutting fine cord embedded in the nipple can be really tricky.

Many find the clover clamps to be too severe.  I prefer the clamps with parallel jaws and a screw to adjust the tightness.  They work on all but the smallest nipples.

Small suction devices such as those in snake bite kits are good to get the nipple swollen enough to attach the clamp, adjust the tightness as the swelling goes down.

For large nipples, fuse pullers from an electrical supply house have a nice heft.  The jaws clamp tighter as you turn the top of the clamp

Someone mentioned the clamp made with two chopsticks or other dowels and rubber bands.  For smaller nipples use thinner dowels.  I've made do with a couple of toothpicks.

Mavis -> RE: Nipple clamps (8/18/2006 2:26:44 AM)

the Nipple decor line of Snelling jewelry is spring loaded..  you squeeze the tail end and the clamp-fingers open, release, and they close.  This can be used on just the nipple tip, or up the aereola as far as the clamp-fingers go.

i loathe clothes pins, but these aren't too bad, although in 5 mins, even breathing moves my breast enough to cause some serious uncomfortable awareness of my nipple..

Actually mercnbeth quilters use the clovers to pull the fabric taut when the different layers of the quilt are ready to be "quilted" together.

have been used to clover clamps but found that when undergoing stricter sessions the nipples begin to sweat and the clamps simply slip off - hey ho!  Alligator clips work well but are viscious, clothes pegs in plastic slip too easily but wooden ones are good - chopsticks and rubber bands make for excellent clamps which don't move - try it, Y/you might like it

Gluing some 120grit sandpaper over the rubber tips of those clovers will stop those hey ho! moments if you're so inclined.

By the way, really really cheap clamps can be found at any walmart... get some of their clothes hangers and remove the clips that hold the clothing on... there are a couple of different types. I personally love the ones that have a metal slide that tightens them... since they are made about 1 to 2 inches wide, they're great for clamping other sweet areas too!!!

Or, leave them on the hanger and tie the hook up high... stretch those little nips some!
