I'm looking for a device, possibly a pair of shorts or something similar, that will keep one of My subbies testicles up inside his body.
Since a boy's testicles crawl back up inside his body just before he cums, I thought that it might heighten the sensation and contribute to certain overtones of forced feminization, if I could strap his balls inside him. I've had some success with ace bandages, but I'm looking for something less cumbersome, and which might also leave the cock free.

You could have him wear tight spandex underwear with a cut out for his penis maybe. I know someone who wears them for different reasons, and they seem to do a pretty good job. Although, a bit of caution, unless this is of no consequence to you, having his balls inside his body will lower his sperm count. I don't know what else it might cause.

i'm guessing that a pair of compression shorts, possibly a size smaller than his normal underware size, would provide the effect You desire - would just need to add a pair of strategicly placed holes for access to his penis and anus.  If it is still not snug enough a balled up pair of sweat socks inside the crotch area pressing in against his scrotum may provide the additional upward and inward force You are seeking.

Sort of thinking out loud here.....
Perhaps some type of harness device that can be tightened very tight....
Something like those straps on appliance dollies that can ratchet very very tight.
Maybe check the hardwaare aisle at Home Depot.

Yeah, my balls don't ascend back into my body before orgasm.  The sack tightens and the balls feel like they're standing up and getting ready to shoot, but they definitely don't go wandering back into the fort.

I guess it was a nice theory while it lasted though.

Hi AnneThrax. Yes, Duct Tape sounds good to me, just make sure your sub is shaved...or OUCH ! Shave his scrotum then push his balls up inside, then pull his scrotum up, or bunch it together, to hold his balls up inside.  Once you figure out what works then apply crazy glue to his skin and glue it in place.  The glue should stay on for one or two hours.  You can remove the glue with acetone, nail polish remover, but it burns like hell.

Do not leave his balls up inside for an extended period.

We are a couple and I have been known to indulge in CBT on him.  You idea sounded like so much h, we actually gave it a shot.  Here is what I came up with (no pun intended).  First I took two chopstick and cut them down so the were nt too long and wrapped a rubberbands around each end.  then slipped the very end of scrotum through it.  the stick were pointing front to back, i found out this way i could force his nuts to the highest point possible.  Anyway I ravelled(rolled) the ball sack until the chop stock were pressed up against him in the middle.  The I rubber banded a third chopstick to the other two on each end, surpriing they kept them in place pretty well.

He seemed to enjoy it for the most part, but it seemed to make it that much more difficult for him to orgasm.  Which for me made it more fun (blush)
