I could be submissive to a pair of shoes, but they'd have to be a really dominant pair of shoes. I've tested them, and almost always (well, there was that one time when I hit my head and the fluffy shoes dominated me, but that's wasn't really consentual at the time) they're not interactive.

Now sandals do it for me. I mean these are the kind of shoes that just stand there and announce to all the world: "I'm a shoe, but I'm not covering up crap!" That's a dominant pair of shoes. But even then, it just ends up being more about looks, and if there's no personality to back them up, a hot pair of shoes just isn't going to fulfill my needs.

Just once, I want to meet a pair of shoes with a graduate degree, who listens to opera. That's the kind of shoe that could clearly own me. I'd say more but the nurses say I need to take my medication now.
