Bluntly honest (Some don't seem to see this in quite as good a light, usualy when they have been on the recieving end of it) When someone is talking to me I LISTEN. Many people don't really listen, they tend to hear what they want to hear. Friends often find I've heard more than they think they said, understood their problem clearer.... because I don't just listen to the words, but how they are said, what their expression is, what their body language is saying, etc. Years of working with residents who couldn't communicate well with words means I don't just rely on words when I 'listen'.

My capacity for love combined with my inner strength. (sometimes I scare myself[:D]) Low tollerance for bullshit. I have to add one more just cuz I hate following rules and someone special ( a dear friend) just made me smile hugely! I have GREAT taste in the people I chose to be around.

I am very passionate in everything I do...I usally don't approach anything halfassed. Its all out or nothing. I'm very protective to the ones who have my heart. Nothing I wouldn't do to protect them. (I aslo have a very sarcastic, sadist sense of humor...in a good way of course.;) )

Hmm... I'm not afraid to admit when I'm wrong. I will never back down if I know I'm right. I know when to back off and shut up. When I make a serious commitment to someone, it's for life. I can keep a secret. I am able to grow and change -- I use my head and think things through.
