Subs/slaves: How would you react and feel about your Owner expecting you to join them in vegetarianism?

As long as i could be certain i would maintain the proper nutrition, i would be willing to join Him in vegetarianism. i have been exposed to this dietary and moral mindset in my sister, who is vegetarian, so i understand and accept it, and go vegetarian when i eat out with her (even though she doesn't demand or expect it). For me, as long as i'm not sacrificing my health, i don't much care what i eat...yes, that includes if my Master has me eat things i really hate (poorly cooked brussel sprouts and ham come to mind). i don't eat red meat much, anyway, so cutting out poultry and seafood wouldn't be too much of a stretch for me.

Some (vegans) say if it has a "face" or a "mother" you can't eat it.
Some say plants scream too.
I don't what the answer is.  To each his own.

But clams don't have faces and they are as attached to their mothers as the apple is to the tree. Well actually the apple is more attached to the tree then the clam is to it's mother. That confuses me more. *chuckles*

Some feel it is wrong to take the life of another living creature, I figure that is where the clam part comes in.  I would say that for most vegans/vegetarians, that is what it comes down to.

If it's not something we believe, or something we have in our minds to be bothered by, there isn't a way to understand it.  I don't mean that bad towards anyone so don't take it that way.  It's like so many other things that humans do that I don't understand and I don't think I ever will.

Why does one person have one faith, another none, and yet another believe something else totally different?  If you aren't in it, you can't always make sense of things..that's just life.

AquaticSub: Maybe there is a market somewhere for genetically altered and-or completely synthetic all kinds of ingestible substances- inlcuding ejaculate? Especially among ultra-committend sexuallly active Vegans, maybe. Somebody calll my stockbroker (!) hehe.

Paying for... spooge? As loyal and devoted sub as I am, I really can't see paying to swallow something that tastes like that. Athough, now that I think about it, the fun of inventing a device that fits over the erect phallus and somehow spurts out the liquid at the right time would be interesting.

Someone would buy it. I'm sure of it.

Yeah but you've seen how absolutely rabidly devoted some vegans claim they are. Maybe some would do it. Especially if they got called on swallowing by a non-Vegan or someone else (which might just tick them off). If they can pay for things like Soy milk and Tofu, why not this?

Soy milk is actually kinda tasty though. As for tofu... I've tried but I just can't eat it. Fake meat doesn't taste the same. The expensive fake meat isn't bad but it's more expensive then the real thing and doesn't taste the same.

Yes I am not understanding what Tofu is actually supposed to be mimic-ing in the food taste department. To me, it tastes like wet cardboard with a little celery mixed in for flavor.

It's all in how the tofu is prepared.  There are lots of tricks and tips for making it taste better, it's just looking into them.  I have learned a few over the years and they work really well.

Believe it or not, not all vegans are zealots as they are being made out to be.  I am sure you have a few that wouldn't eat the cum of anyone that ate meat, but it's probably pretty rare.  I have seen those that eat meat complain that veggie people are always making fun of them, saying gross things, or putting down their way of life.  I have seen that done a lot to vegans in my time also, jokes..etc.

To some, being vegan or veg is as important to their spiritual life as praying and meditating are.  To put it down is putting down deeply held beliefs that someone holds dear.  It is a part of life for them, a choice that was made, and it's not always the easy way to go.

I don't care what someone believes, but it still nips a bit when something that is held so close to them is treated in a snide way by anyone.

If others want people to be respectful to them, they must be respectful also.

Yes, there are hypocrites, no doubt, but there are those that live their life in a very strict way and do the work required to make it possible.

The only vegans/veggies I take issue with are two types: The kind who try to ruin my dinner (who will soon discover more of my unusual sex practices, about my menstrual cycle and disgestive system then they ever wanted to know) and those who try to convert their animals. Dude, I think the cat knows what it wants to eat. It wants to eat the little birdies and no amount of lecturing and tofu is going to change that. You are just making the poor thing go blind. Get a turtle.

I know some nice Vegans and vegetarians. I really do. The woman in my dinner group is usually nice - but, she can get annoying at times. I am not making fun of them. I am really not. I respect their right ot believe and practice what they want (as long as they respect mine).

Tofu - I know there are lots of ways to prepare it. I've not eaten it much. Maybe I should try it again soon.
