Okay, number ONE.........this is being said with only humour. If you are going to get your panties/tighty whities/boxer briefs/etc in a bunch just walk awayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Is there anyone else that is as estatic as I am to see the end of the whole smokers versus non-smokers nightmare? I don't even remember if I participated in that hell. All I know is that I was SOOOOOOOOOOOO sick of seeing it, sick of the occasional blips at the top of my screen, sick of stubborn people arguing with other stubborn people. Knowing that it JUST DIDN'T MATTER!!! No one was going to back down, not one smoker was probably gonna quit. No non smokers were going to start......(on second thought a few might have gotten so stressed out they started again) When I just saw that Mod 11 kaboshed it, I wanted to turn sub/slave and run to (whereever Mod 11 is from) throw myself prostrate on the ground/floor at his/her feet and start kissing my way up in gratitude (with permission of course). Now in all seriousness, without any nastiness PLEASE, what is it about human nature that soooooooo doggedly defends a point of view when it has gone so far past any productive discourse? NOTE: If y'all get nasty I will personally beg my favourite SUPERmod to demolish, destroy, blow to smithereenies the damned thread! [:D]

check out the God, Darwin and Kansas thread! It expired about ten years ago, but the argument (for that is what it is) continues.......... I peep in occasionally to stir it some more, but to be honest its gone well over my head now - last I looked they were talking about molecular biochemistry! It makes me wonder whether there's some mischevious thread starting god out there who possesses people to post threads that are sure fire guaranteed to stir up trouble? Loki might be a candidate. Now, where are my cigarettes? E

LMAO LaTigresse you crack me up [:D] I get tired of those threads too and usually don't read more then one or too posts. I don't smoke and I hate the smell of it, it gives me migrane headaches. I know what you mean I'm kinda tired of all the pro-domme threads, all the Women are money grubbing whores, the Should I move 1000 miles to live with a Dom I've never met face to face? I just shake my head and wonder if IQ's have dropped to an all time low. But then I realise we are all human and all have our own opinions and views. So I try to take it in stride, but sometimes the nasty Domme in me comes out and I say something not so kind. Its just my nature. ~Lashra

You all on this board may not be aware of this, but I rather like to snuggle into a good shit-slinger just like clean sheets........ I am of an age where I really don't have such strong feeling about pointless and rudimentary concepts..........but I can still fake the orgasmic pedantics necessary to raise the stakes. Ron
