I use it and prefer My slaves and subs to use it.
It shows respect, submission, and if it's all caps, it's yelling!
And this is in office type situations also- not just personal.

BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE YELLING AND THERE'S QUITE OFTEN NO NEED TO YELL.

I wouldn't yell in real life... It's difficult to read all caps... Often we read by shapes of words as well as by spellings themselves, and there is no shape to words when you use all caps. So reading them is a challenge to people who read fast... All kinds of things are inappropriate about using all caps. Give me a little more time and I'll think of a few...

Many in chats & forums view the use of all caps as an attempt to draw more attention to their posts, many see all caps as a form of yelling & rudeness. Many find that another's use of all caps is harsh on the eyes, and sometimes a bit difficult to read. Many may take on the opinion that the use of all caps by men could be an attempt on their part to make up for their penile inadequacies (i guess when applied to women, the issue of penile inadequacies can be replaced with boobacious inadequacies ... i don't know, don't ask me.. lol).

Other than that, WHO says WE CAN'T USE ALL CAPS? We can. Some do. Most are conciderate enough to refrain.
