not sure what i am looking for .... i know i want to be submissive in bed but spouse thinks i am sick for feeling this way... maybe i am.. i know what i waant . looking for someone to help show me the way

Hi! I don't think you're sick but has your hubby been checked? ( oh sorry I've been this way so long I think the otherside are the ones who are nuts ) You seem interesting and I hope we hear a lot out of you!...Mike

There's nothing sick about WIITWD (what it is that we do). Heck, even the DSM, which is the "bible" for what is and is not mental illness, indicates that WIITWD is NOT sick. If you wanted to see a therapist, your insurance would NOT cover it (because it's NOT in the DSM).
Now there is one exception- if your desires center around real harm, then it counts as sick. But that's stuff like wanting to have limbs chopped off, etc. Not very likely.
So, explore and have fun!

now i am trying to figure out what it is in life that i want..... this site has been very helpful.... learning more everyday that i am not sick ppl want and need what they want
still learning ...having no real life experience i am still learning about all involved.

Youve come to the right place - I also have no r/l experience and am learning a lot from the boards and re evaluating what i want and where I'm at.................so watch and learn and contribute..............the only stupid question is the one you dont ask.....................
