I have taken alleve twice yesterday and again today.  I think the rope pinched me just a liiiiiiiiiitle bit cause now both  my wrists are sore on the inside by the bone if I touch it. I did tell him during play that I was starting to feel strain please undo me, which he did. I know i know don't touch them. If it continues to hurt in 2 more days I'll go to the DR. And In oticed that my neck is a tiny bit stiff. It was my first time being tied up, I would guess it was a hog tie position. I am supprised my backs not screaming bloody fucking murder, after some gentle take down demonstrations.

And I have found a new limit lol. never cane my knuckle or back of hand even lightly ever again lol. It hurts long after what is erotic.

Do you have access to a spa (hot tub) or whirlpool?
How about soaking in a hot bath for a while?

aleve is a bad bad thing

it causes ulcers. i know from experience

maybe try some ice packs on the wrists.  Hope you feel better soon

Yang, nope our tubs to small to soak in too, which sucks, cause there's been a few times over the years it would of been nice to.

Been whipped it's the only pain medication short of prescription that works on me, tylonal advil none of the others do any good for  headaches or muscle aches.

Who on earth would cane the backs of a hand?  Too many small bones and no padding to protect 'em!  Gee...even the nuns made ya go palm up, didn't they?

Bearly I don't know what the nuns did but I think it was a ruler to the backs of them.At least in anne of greenGables it was lol

Igot one light swatt to the back of the hand, but like I said that's now gonna be a hard limit lol.

I don't think that I would go to the doc unless I thought that there was something actually injured. It may not be worth the explaining over a little soreness.

Mist my dr knows I am into kinky things, I told him the minute he became my dr. It wouldn't be any problem to explain.

I don't know what he would do though short of feel it and confirm yes it hurt. I don't know if it's normal or not for wrists to hurt 4 days after play or not.( which in 2 moredays it will have been 4 days) so I don't know.

Good for you feline...I always believe that is one of the first things we should discuss with a Dr. as it saves any misunderstandings down the road.

As for the aches and pains...it really depends on the play. Sometimes I am not sore at all in 4 days....sometimes I can still barely move after a week.

Well I was hog tied* I assume that's what tieing the ankles to the hands is* and when that was making my neck tweak I was tied hands up front. I had rope marks for 20 mins which I was pleased with lol.  But I'm not to pleased wth the sharp ache in my wrists if I touch them.

What you are feeling is actually called........    D.O.M.S.    Perfect name huh?   Which stands for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. Rest, 1st day of pain if you think anything is strained or pulled use ice, after first day use heat: hot bath, shower or hot tub, use whichever pain killer you prefer: Tylenol, Advil, Alleve, to each his/her own. Also, don't guard against the pain. Move your body. If you have a kink, no pun intended, in your shoulder do move it but restrain from lifting.

I am frequently sore after play since my Dom loves predicament bondage.  He is quite good at what He does as well so always, always, know i have been bound.  Sometimes the bondage agravates my arthritis and then i will take a pain killer but the part i hate the most is the sever bruising i get.  He was a lot more careful last play time because the time before had been two weeks and i still had bruising from that.  Must admit tho that was the most intense play i had and was quite rewarding for me.

Diamond I'm not into bondage. I went along with bondage this one time cause I was curious, but most the time I am selfish I want to be able to move freely and I am not into pain at all, and I expect to be comfortable while we play, and If I am not feeling something or it's not comfortable I fully expect to be made comfy again lol.
