Don't it make you proud to be an American?

Really, sometimes I just want to give up and move to France.

17 of the 19 hijackers were from Saudi Arabia, the man who planned it is from Saudi Arabia, the financing of the attack and Al Queda comes from Saudi Arabia, Bin Laudin is from Saudi Arabia, explain to me again why we attacked Iraq where NONE of the hijackers were from, NONE of the planners were from, NONE of the money came from, and Al Queda and Bin Laudin wanted to overthrow Saddam not help him.

Gee, and now the Islamist fundamentalist have set up shop in Iraq - where they couldn't previously get even a foothold. Interesting how the U.S. achieved for them what they could not have done for themselves.

But remember, the Bush family and the Bin Laden's are enemies. Sure they have lunch sometimes to discuss business. Sure, the Bin Laden's were flown out of the U.S. on 9/11 - the only people in the air over the U.S. that day. But those bastards are the enemy, got it?

Not quite.

Osama was disowned by his family (or the other way around.. could be both.) for his fundamentalist ways. The Bin Ladens are a wealthy, and very worldly family, with the exeption of Osama.

I rest my case:

The problem is that Bush supporters are never going to hear this (and probably don't give a fuck anyway).  Millions of Americans believe that Iraq must have had something to do with 9/11, and always will believe it.

And yeah, I know I'm tilting at windmills fighting against this wanton embrace of all things dogmatic.. but maybe, just maybe, I'll kick someone in the right place to get them to do the research and think for themselves.

I have noticed and admired that - you listen as well as speak, and try to avoid abject insults as your principal mode of exchange.  Nothing like civil discourse... if you're not careful, it could even lead to understanding. [;)]

Sometimes it's easier said than done, believe me, but it gets more done than antagonism.

And Crappydom: The reason to understand and sway idiots is that they frequently outnumber smart people. In a democracy educating the morons is how things get fixed, antagonizing them only entrenches them in their ignorance.

And I don't believe it is all Bush.  I don't believe that he created the terror problem any more than I believe that Truman created the terror problem in Germany following WWII (which went on for years after Germany surrendered).

LMAO!! [;)] Actually it wasn’t all Bush! Most Americans have a very short memory when it comes to remembering policy /geo-political events that are more than a few years back.

I would argue that much of what is happening today was actually precipitated when Clinton and Madeline Albright attacked Serbia.

When the US and NATO invaded Serbia, NATO violated its own charter. NATO’s charter states very specifically {Google it} that it is a defensive alliance ; and if a member-state is attacked, the other member-states have an obligation to defend the state that was attacked – Nothing else!!!

What Russia’s most virulent hardliners began to argue was that NATO was in fact an offensive organization /alliance bent with a mission to mold and reorganize Russia to it’s liking  - More ‘’state building’’

So when the US and NATO attacked / bombed Serbia it proved that every moderate Russian politician – who was friendly to the US and the western way of thinking -- was incorrect and it proved the hardliners were correct.

This set in motion a new relationship of cooperation between Russia and China. Both took a lota troops off their respective borders; then a established joint military / economic alliance {Google the ‘’Shanghai Cooperation network’’ – I wrote about it here months back and the whole thread was erased}

So at the same time that Russia and China are both divesting their central bank reserves out of the dollar and back into gold and the Euro, they are essentially engaged in a proxy war with us by using client states like { Who's the kingpin behind Iran's nuclear technology /reactor? Who has engineers there that are manning/building it?} Iran to sucker us into more wars that will put the proverbial ‘’nail in the coffin’’ and bankrupt us much the same way the CIA used Mujehadin in Afghanistan to drain Russia of its resources.

And if you don’t think we are being bankrupted by these stupid little conflicts…. You better think again; because right now we are borrowing nearly two-billion dollars a day from the rest of the world just to stay afloat. And since we no longer produce much in the form of export….. the only way to pay back that debt is to issue more bonds and IOU’s which further deflate our currency and standard of living.

I’ll tell you…. I can’t stand Bush and the Neocons, but much of the blame can be taken back to the Democrats and the Clinton regime.

Yes, that's the official story as reported. Do you believe precisely that?

Bush was CIA. Bush was VP to Reagan. It's a small, small world.

....funny how things never change.
