i would appreciate some help on possible punishments and please be explicite...  i  have meet a lovely lady  and we have decided that we would like to explore the bdsm scene.. i am a sub and like pain and she would be my mistress. I have very little experience except for spanking and she is new too but we have decided to explore...  my quuestion is for some suggestions  for punishments ( dealing with pain ) that my mistress could to do me when i have been a bad boy.. thanks

Have her tie you spread eagle to a door jam, then use you for target practice with a nail gun....I think 16 penny would be good for starters. Its especially fun if she has bad aim.

First of all, if you enjoy it, how can it be a punishment? Secondly, if you're hers, why would you do things that show disobedience? 
My suggestion to her would be to withhold things from you that you enjoy. In our house,play is for when you've been good...or when He feels like it...not to reward poor behavior. I would rather have no attention than negative.
Just my thoughts on this..

It always concerns me when they ar already planning on being a bad boy.  sounds almost more like vanilla kink than lifestyle exploration.
If you enjoy the pain, dont misbehave for it. Ask your Mistress to beat you, and I am sure she can oblidge.  even if she is new, you can learn together.  But disobedience is never a good starting point for that sort if interaction.

My suggestion would be for your Mistress to come online and discuss her concerns, or even do some reading and educate herself.

There are a great number of sites which will give Her the information She is looking for, factual, boring to read information.

What you seem in search of isn't punishment ideas... but ideas to assist you in topping your new lady from the bottom.  If this is fine with both of you.... go for it, but "submissive" might be a bit of a stretch for you.  Perhaps Masochistic bottom is more appropriate.

i agree with your sentiments people, but indulge me this for the newbie.
Who doesn't lay awake at night thinking of something that you haven't tried???

There is a Mistress Who i have done work for. One last time i was mowing Her lawn and it was soooo hot and dry out there, and Her yard isn't small.
It was so great when She put a steel bowl on the floor with cool water init for me to drink from.
I fantasized that W/we were in Her living room, She on the couch, legs crossed interviewing a new male as i kneeled next to her, cuffed and absolutley parched from working in the sun.

There are many types of punishments.  I think the one thing everyone can agree on is that you should not enjoy it, that is the main point.
 
I usually get ignored, cut off in that way is one of the worst on me and has much more impact than any beating could.  I like to be hit, I don't care if it's anger or not, so that is not a good way to teach me a lesson. 
 
If you didn't like the cane, I would cane you..same with the belt, etc. 
 
I have found it much more effective to just meet my Master with belt in hand, begging for a good beating, rather than acting out and making him upset enough to punish me. 
 
I think there is a fascination when new about being "bad" or whatever.  When you are totally in this with all of your being, you will find to bring on punishment means you failed, and let yours down.  I would much rather do what I am supposed to and enjoy the spoils.

hightideo1, I'm going to ask you to define the term "punishments" here because frankly it can be used several ways.

When I see it and you ask for ideas then mention your pain likes and what you've done so far, that suggests to me that a good punishment is to write out an essay or be ignored or be denied some privileges.

However you might actually be asking for just some painplay ideas not punishments at all as I use the term.

You'll get more useful answers if you are more clear on what you are looking for.

i appreciate your answer , thetammyjo, maybe painplay is the term i am looking for... maybe me saying i am a sub is not the right term either, i know i am not a sub who likes to be treated like shit but rather like a human being who has interest in be submissive to a woman and at times i enjoy being the dom. i din't know that u had to be one or the other !!   but anyways i appreciate  your answer... i am not looking for wank material as some smartass said..just info... thks.....painplay  suggestions would be nice
