JHLuvsfeet -> Another guy from NJ... not "Joisey" either... (8/23/2006 5:35:31 AM)

Namaste to all...

Been reading quite a few posts in here for sometime now and finally decided on joining this forum.

A place like this reaffirms what I believe about human nature and all of us in general in that when you
are working next to that person in the cubicle next to you, or buying a coffee and casually talking with
someone else in line, or down at the beach or some outdoor jazz festival and taking casual glances at
the others people who are also enjoying the moment and setting... you never know what they have
going on in other aspects of their lives... unless you bother to get to know them.

Well, I don't plan on bothering people in this forum... but I will, lol. No, what I mean is, some of you
might be more open and real than others, while some will feel more comfortable in the façade or role
they take on... and that's cool too.

With my asking questions or stating opinions (which could very well be wrong due to ignorance of a
particular topic), know that I live by the motto of "I claim to know nothing..." and also that I am NOT
a deconstructionalist. I don't seek to put others down in order to lift myself up or feel a need to tear
apart the paradigms or belief systems that they are living by at present, regardless of whether or not I
think it is right or wrong, moral or amoral or whatever. I am VERY open-minded and honor the unique
and creative qualities we all possess and demonstrate on a daily basis. It's like, some people see kids
painting on a wall and call it a grafitti whereas I see some of that art, recognize the difficulty and beauty
in it and simply see a kid who is a byproduct of a socio-economically depressed upbringing and if given
half the chance and some support, could go on to become a professional artist perhaps? Anyway...

Oh yea... verbose. I can type... fast. Hence why my posts tend to be long. If you don't like it... it's ok.
Flame away too... I have very thick skin (from Newark,NJ originally). Outside of that, I have already
received some very nice emails and responses on another thread I posted so far and look forward in
getting to know a few of you (honestly, I've never like everyone in any forum I've ever been in and have
definitely been irritated by some people to no end). Hey, at least I'm honest about it.

Pax, be well always, realize that every moment you are living IS in eternity... you are guaranteed the next.
Jack
