I have two...to quit smoking and to get my husband to spank me...wonder which will happen first...hmmmm anyone else?

To take the final step to independance from my parents with as much courage as I can muster and to not dump too many of my fears about being an adult on my partner.

To get my lazy @ss to the gym at least a few times a week... i had been going 3-4/week but i had emergency surgery last August that put me off track. (Not really a good excuse five months later, is it?

).

To continue to grow in my submission to my Master.

Blues, why don't you make a deal with him. Help me stop smoking....hey you can spank me everytime you see me cheating? Not that you would stop but hey it gets one resolution done.

My resolution is the same as last year. To just overall be healthier. I went through the holidays with my immune system in the trash can. Stress seems to do that to me.
So, less stress. More exercise. Get back into drinking enough water daily. Just healthier overall. I topped 800 on my leg press's last year. Perhaps I can go for 1000 this year. Bad knees so my legs are my favorite to work out....even though other areas should be.

Thank you, I just love it when some trainer is with a client. They walk over to that leg machine. He lifts like 500 twice. Gets all full of himself. I walk over while they are still there. Throw on a few hundred more pounds then go for my three sets of 12. I love it.
Hey, I'm competitive, what can I say?
I need to strenghten my upper body though. I lift like a female. 150 tops.

to bench press at least 150 lbs by the end of year.
go from smoking occasionally to not smoking at all.

Amen to the takeout, the pizza places here know my place too well (although I can put some blame on my roomate, disgusting bag of nasties).

I want to go from running 5 miles to being able to do it fast.

Now i know this sounds like im procrastinating but....Master kindly extended the deadline of Dec. 31 (because it's my birthday) to Jan 31 to be the last day of my "smoking" life.

He has said its because He wants me to be around for a long time. What more incentive do i need

I'm still working on last year's resolution to cut the added sugar out of my diet. Every so often I go on a binge, so I don't think I'm ready for any other major changes just yet.
