That's a no brainer:  Drink enough.

Yours,

benji

PS:  Drinking enough is a soon-to-be no brainer.  Literally.

Edited to add:  Can you tell I'm a bartender who knows his wares?  LOL

Like hunting snipe, it's a joke played on gullible visitors.

Snipe hunting is a myth???? I have spent many hours hunting snipe....never got one though....I always ended up doing the wild thing in the woods with my snipe hunting partner...at his insistance of course...lol.

Oh well......(j/k)

Best of luck to you MistessOfGa....Knock em dead!!!!

Thank you Erin,
At the risk of sounding dumb, what is snipe? My god, it is like you and Tress are talking a different language! <g>

Snipe are little creatures that you hunt with a pillow case and a flashlight.

Naw....that's not really true. Snipe don't really exist...but when a guy asks you to go snipe hunting....well it's kind of like when they ask you to go watch submarine races. It's just a good way to get you out somewhere alone...lol.

Erin, lol that is too funny. I rather like the direct approach myself <s>

An update:
I went to the audition and because the owner didn't inform his wife, who apparently manages the place, she was hesitant to let me audition. However, they had a man playing his guitar there and she asked if I could sing a couple songs. He got pissed off and was upset that the owner didn't ask him first. Long story short, I don't think I made a great impression on them, but they didn't exactly make a great impression on me either. Brian drove me there, it was 25 miles one way, and I didnt so much as get one apology for the wasted gas and time. She is going to call me on Monday to reschedule. Or not.
Sidenote: The place was very groovy. The outdoor dining was great and the screened-in porches gave a nice touch. Very nice place.

MoGa....I believe that everything happens for a reason. This sounds like a working relationship with these folks may have turned out to be an exercise in frustration. Maybe the reason is that the "perfect" place for you is just a bit farther down the path. I'm sorry that it didn't turn out the way you would have liked and I hope that it's because better things are coming.
