Hi What is the best way to become more involved in this lifestyle? I am a submissive and would like to meet other people who enjoy this lifestlye. Any ideas?

You will have better luck looking on the other side of the CM house (personals). Here on the forums we love to discuss all aspects of life and the lifestyle! To become more active find local groups that meet for demos meetings or social gatherings. Stay on the forums here to learn and read.
