Happy New Year!
Any Mistresses Planning on engaging in a "Strength Building" Regiment as part of a New Years Resolution? If so, perhaps you might incorporate the results in your 2005 sessions.

I'm not a Mistress but I am planning to get back to regular weight workouts. Hubby gave me a new scale for Christmas that also gives body fat percentage, and i can't wait to see it go down.
