For our Fem Dom organization, a house collar was a collar that someone, usually a new single submissive, could wear to show that they were under the protection of the group's leadership for the evening. We had specific guidelines for such people. For example, if a person was in a house collar, they could not be touched...casually or not. You could also not ask them directly to play, you had to go through their protector (a leader in the organization) in order to do such. It was set up to put very new people, who were nervous, at ease and to ensure that, if they did play, there was proper negotiation. Master Fire
