Ok.....got a question for experienced doms/masters. Can you please tell me about your first "dom/master" experience. Did she know she/it was your first? Did you know what to do or how to go about doing it?

This doesn't exactly count because it was about 20 years ago and neither one of us knew about D/s so we didn't have any expectations; looking back on it now though it is clear she was submissive. So I guess you could say that we were just doing our thing and enjoying ourselves and if something wasn't exactly right (like "oh, I guess I'll untie your hands if they're numb") we could try to figure out how to do better next time. So to answer your question I didn't know what I was doing and only had vague ideas about what I wanted, but I just happened to have a willing victim, er, playmate.

Sounds like you're kinda worried about "getting it right" and I think being overly concerned can actually detract from the experience for both of you. It could be worth considering concentrating on finding somebody you feel personally compatible with so you'll have someone who is both a submissive and a partner; then you can relax some and not worry so much about being judged. To that end, it would probably help to expand your profile (as well as get out as others have suggested elsewhere) so potential partners will know who you are instead of simply what you are.

It's about the sane as your first vanilla experience. Do not let your anxiety spoil it. [;-)] I am assuming that you know what you are do doing as to be safe, sane and consensual. As your profile is pretty bland with no indication of experience or knowledge. Have you attended parties, watched other Dom's in action and learned from them?

Being from Europe originally I learned my craft from a Domme who made me experience the sub side so I woudl eb more aware of what my sub feels. So my first experience as a Dom was, tintillating as she taught me well.

In answer to your questions... My first time, the sub did in fact know that she was My first as I had a Master in the room to mentor My every move...not to degrade Me in front of the sub or to direct My action, but overseeing what I was doing in order to provide her a sense of well being, in addition to providing Me a critique after she had left. We also had a signal word {I've forgotten what it was...only that it was innocuous and would not have signaled to the sub that anything was out of the ordinary.}

Not that leads to the second question... Yes, I did know what I was doing as I had had clear and careful instruction in the use of the particular instruments that I was to be using, as well as what should be My attitude and what I might expect from the sub.
This training of Me continued...in fact, at one point My Master mentor and I while in Japan, sat at the feet of an ancient Japanese Grand Master who trained us in the way of the Seven Pathways.

My first was interesting. He knew this was a real first for me but he was a experenced switch more into being a dom and I went to domme him . He was a pain slut. I dished it out for 4 hours using everything i had at the time which wasent much. I was nervous just to meet the person but once I was in the room I was ok. There was no sex involved just torture.When I was done he couldnt sit and I got the best compliment he told me I done a good job.

My first experience with a slave like type goes to show how determined the little blighters can be. I went to a party with a friend and we were chatting to these two girls in the hallway of this house. One the girls was looking at me kind of weird and so I opened the door behind her ( it was being used as a cloak room ) and just backed her into the room. Then closed the door, leaving her there. A couple of hours later I wondered where she was and went back to check, to find she had stood there in the dark and cold. I let her out and forgot about her.

Then two weeks later I was sitting on the front verandah of my house and up the driveway rides this young woman on a bicycle. Same girl. She walks up and says ' I've been looking for you.' Turns out she had been all over town asking who I was and where I lived.

My first slave was 12 years my senior. I think that she had been fantasizing about it for longer than I had and one night she just dropped to her knees and called me "Master". I can't begin to tell you the rush I felt, to have this older woman, who still ranks as the best kisser I have ever had, surrender herself to me, who at the time was barely out of the "virgin" category. In many respects I think, in retrospect, that she was topping from the bottom, or at least, shaping me to become the Master she needed. The relationship lasted for almost 2 years and if I were to rank it, it would be second only to my first love.

I think the best advice is be yourself and be honest. Rather than trying to claim you know it all then messing up. Lose respect that way.
If you don't know how to do something ask somebody. Don't be afraid to even allow someone to teach you with your sub/slave.
If you notice the post currently in the sub forum. Many of us meet people who are too domly. They lay it on too thich at first meeting. It is a huge turn off.

So, be yourself and you'll be fine.

I was 20 and she was somewhere around 45. It was the first experience with BDSM for both of us. Neither one of us knew what the fuck we were doing, so we made it up as we went along. We made some mistakes, but we learned things about ourselves that we'll never forget.

I lost touch with her over the years, but I know she has become someone she never would have been without me. And vice versa.

I don't know if this really counts as a true BDSM adventure but when I was very young the little girl down the road and I would run off into the woods together and play "Batman catches Catwoman". I would tie her to a tree and things would progress from there. I won't go into details since I don't want to be accused of being the wrong kind of perv!
