MaitresseMissAnn -> LINGERIE Worn by HUMILIATED Undercover VICE COP - ON EBAY!!! (8/29/2006 8:08:40 PM)

This ebay auction can be accessed with the keyword search
"humiliated vice cop".

Please circulate the link. I'm giving the money I get from the winning bidder to Free Talk Live. for their work in promoting matters of constitutional freedom on the air and pod waves. Free Talk Live is consistently ranked in the TOP FIVE PODCASTS in the world.  They also have a "Shrine" to female listeners!  I was on the show a couple weeks ago and the free archive of the show should still be available for listening.

Miss Ann, do you own the house?
Also, have you applied for a liscense to run a business out of the house?
You could write in "Psychological Councelling."
I wouldn't phrase it "Beat and Fuck!" lol

Ann,

I read through some of the history on your site, and noticed that at one point the police said that you were doing nothing illegal. It looks as though they later decided to proclaim masochism as illegal, and began citing some zoning ordinance. And sending in an undercover cop to solicit sex! Ahhh, gotta love good old entrapment! Glad to read that you had the integrity to not fall for that one.

What really struck me as funny was that people are concerned because of the proximity of your home to a Catholic school, as if a yardstick across the knuckles isn't sadism!

I wish you the very best of luck, and keep fighting the good fight. Nice to see that someone has the ' balls ' to stand up to the ass clowns.

The catholic church is a good school and I do not believe they use corporal punishment on the children.  The proximity of the church should have no bearing since this does not concern them.  I do not disrupt daily life at the church.  Ironically, the church disrupts mine, because there is no parking available in front of my house every time there is a service.

I was deposed earlier this month by the city.  The deposition transcript is quite good.  It is likely that I will publish large portions of the deposition on my site.  Their side did not get anything too interesting from me.  Conversely, when I deposed zoning officials and the undercover cop, we got all kinds of good material.

Tomorrow my lawyer goes back on conservative political talk radio on WXNT Abdul in The Morning to update Indy on my case.  You can listen over the internet.

Yes, I own the house.  You do not need a license to have a home-based business, as long as it is an allowable home based business.  I advertised a teacher (educator) and artist on my website which are both allowable home based businesses.  To be a psychological counselor, I would need a degree and license.

My business was very low key.  I typically saw 4 - 8 clients a month, once I got very specialized and started to require interview fees up front so that I could screen out the sex seekers.  The only reason the undercover vice cop got through the interview process is that he changed his tune during the interview and said he wanted to "learn" and "be taught" the role of a real submissive.  I felt obligated to take him, in spite of the fact that I felt strongly he was a cop due to how much he asked me for sex.

Since the sale of used panties was banned on ebay five or six years ago, it's going to be interesting to see if this gets cancelled.

cheers

eBay pulled the auction.  However, there are 285 auctions right now for vintage girdles, 709 auctions for vintage panties, and 329 auctions for vintage bras.  Don't tell me that all of those items are unworn.

However, philosphically I cannot get mad.  While I think eBay is hypocritical, they have every right to do with their property what they wish.  That includes banning me.  I'm a Libertarian and that means I'm a conservative and a capitalist, not a bleeding heart liberal socialist.  That means I suck it up and take it when eBay tells me they do not want my business.

Regards,
Miss Ann

The problem is implying that they're be worn. Not that they're old. It is illegal in, at least, California to sell pre-worn underpants. Pubic, I mean public health issues.

cheers

Have you tried Fetish Auctioneer?  It won't have Ebay's traffic but they might be cool with it.  You'd have to do the promotion solely by yourself, in other words.

Personally, I'd keep them around if this goes to trial and wave them around when he testifies.

I'm planning to give the artifact to an artist to embed as an art object in lucite.  Then I'll sell it as art.

I want it on eBay. And quite frankly eBay has every right to make as many arbitrary rules as they like

eBay hell. If the lucite works out right, you could stick it in a gallery and get into the four digits.

Out of curiosity, do you know where I'd find this law?

I'm not asking 'cause I don't believe you, I've just had a couple people approach me about something like this and I'd like to be informed before I do anything.

Nyckname -> RE: LINGERIE Worn by HUMILIATED Undercover VICE COP - ON EBAY!!! (9/2/2006 5:56:22 AM)

From the Calif Dept of Consumer Affairs http://www.dca.ca.gov/legal/refunds.htm :

quote:

The store’s refund policy must state whether the store will give a cash refund, store credit, or exchanges for the full amount of the purchase price; the applicable time period; the kinds of merchandise covered under the policy; and any other related conditions.
This law does not apply to the following kinds of merchandise:
Merchandise that cannot be resold because of health considerations (e.g., underwear, bathing suits)

That's the best citation I can give you.

If you care to search through the entire California codes, http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/calaw.html

cheers

I took a hooker friend shopping for work clothes in Oakland, once. They had disposable paper G-strings for trying on clothing that would otherwise not have panties worn underneath.

For New York City:

http://webdocs.nyccouncil.info/textfiles/Int%200047-2006.htm?CFID=417882&CFTOKEN=82241551

quote:

§20-900.  Definition.  For the purposes of this subchapter, the term “personal undergarment” shall mean an item of clothing worn under the outer clothes and next to the skin in the area directly below an individual’s waist.  The term shall not include any brassiere, undershirt, or sock.

E-Bay is having a lot of problems with it's sellers accrding to CNBC.
It might be a good time to short their stock.
