I'm currently reading The Surrendered Single by Laura Doyle. She is also the author of The Surrendered Wife as well. The book does not center around BDSM, but does focus upon relinquishing control and surrendering to our partner instead. Although male and female oriented relations are the basis of the book, the same could apply to other scenarios. I find the advice given thus far to be highly appropriate and useful in maintaining equitable and harmonious partnerships.
