Nope...can't say that I do....I prefer to have other people involved when scening....I'd find it a bit tough to flog myself....especially after I placed myself in "bondage".

When I think self bondage scenes, I think more what a long distance sub might do to to themselves at the request of a master or mistress, on a webcam or for pictures. I have lead pets in this before, usually spelling out the techniques to be used as I thought of them. I am creative like that *laugh* and I dont spend nearly enough time thinking of ways for my boys t tie themselves up as I suppose I should have back then. I dont know that Id call it as much an art as a skil, since not everyone can do so with much success.

mainly you attach impliments of discomfort, nippe clamps and pegs on feet and other places u enjoy being punished and then bind yourself with vibrators in any holes, everyone shold try it at least once
