I refer to the manner of speaking she is using. Charo  portraied a very vivatious lady.. I wish I could find a clip of her interviews with Merv Griffen.  She is presently appearing in a Gieco commercial as a "hired celebrity endorsement" to help the  insured tell their accident story.

What always fascinated me about Charo is that she could reply in 3 languages and be completely inarticulate in all three.
