There was a casual question posted in another thread regarding the technique of giving the best blow job. I posed a tangent question. Being buried in the other thread, it didn't get any response. It's made for some interesting discussion with our friends, but so far, nobody has been in position to give an 'experienced' answer.

The question is this - Has anyone out there taken, as beth refers to it, the "Pepsi - Blindfold Challenge"?

One of the clubs we frequent has a room called the 'Dark Room'. You can't see your hand or any other part of you for that matter, right in front of your face. The question is, if you go into that room, or I guess a 'glory hole', or even a blindfold, would work just as well, and have a male and female both perform, who would be the "Best"?

Theory is, and for me it may ALWAYS be theory; (Not that there is anything wrong with that!) someone with personal knowledge of how the equipment works would be the better technician. This of course assumes both 'experts' would be equally dedicated to the task at hand. Ummmm, can/should hands be used?.

Has anyone any taken this challenge? What about our knowledgeable and experienced females? Your thoughts/comments.

Before jumping in with the answer, I think there is another key factor to consider. I believe that the most erogenous zone of the body, the brain/mind is contributory to the result. Meaning, if you knew it was a guy and you weren't into guys, your vote would be effected. Conversely, if you are so turned on with the idea of a homosexual experience that may also prejudice your answer. So it must be a blind test - where the performer isn't know. I guess this would eliminate guys with facial hair.

In the interest of science, I think this is a subject should be studied in detail.

I've never seen one go on. I've heard about them and IF it were a very small disease tested group I'd even participate. Doug and I have chatted about it many times over the years.

At a big party, not a chance. Too many std's to contend with.

Neh. While I bet that 80% of guys would find that 80% of the time it was another guy doing the better blow job, I'm fairly certain I'd be in the 20%, since I dislike some of the seemingly "common" tricks to a good blow job (a hand on the shaft working in tandem, for example).

And remember folks, 75% of all statistics are made up on the spot!

actually since My slaves are of neither sex in My eyes,
hence I would say that they are all My sex if I so choose,

Merc; I read your other post but I think there is one flaw in the concept; I believe most men would be wondering to themselves, "is that some guy sucking on my Pepsi? and what if my friends find out?" They wouldn't be able to relax unless they were bi or bi-curious. As you mentioned, the mind errogenous zone is of utmost importance. JMO

I agree.

Remembering back in the dark ages when I was in college studying psychology from a young looking, black bearded, Professor Freud (or was is Carl Jung); taking notes in class by the light of a dim flickering candle, writing on parchment with my quill, something about how the fact that any test subject knowing the procedure was a test skewered the results. So, in order to make the test 'perfect' the subject couldn't know the REAL purpose of the test.

How do we accomplish this?

In our experiment the men would be trying to identify some non-visual 'tell'. There is the aformentioned facial hair or razor stuble. Or, As Moleculor mentions, he'd be trying to feel for hand callouses. If we eliminate the use of hands, however that presents more experimental prejudice.

I guess becoming a "Sexual Therapist" or researcher in the manner of Kinsley isn't as easy as hanging a shingle, buying some lube, and peeping through a one-way mirror.

I think that all things being equal (guy is not turned off by doing it), men could probably do a better job, which is humbling/unfortunate, but oh well, lol...

I have a friend. Straight when I met him and I convinced him to follow his fantasy. Be all you can be and all that garbage. The most that will happen is you don't like it never to repeat it again.
Anyway, he did. He has never looked back at women since. He considers himself a wife now. Also tells me if it came to giving a blow job not a chance I could compare. Men just know men better. Just like women know women better.
Makes sense.

Well speaking as someone who's had a selection of both albeit with my eyes open, I'd say though men to have that personal knowlege of the equipment, women as a group are better at adding the sensual touches. Bottom line, its a more matter of who it is doing it than what they are.

What a fun and interesting topic to bring up. Me being bi never made me think to try and figure out who was blowing me but rather which friend or person was acctually doing it. Person 1 [:'(] Person 2 [:)] person 3 [:@] person 4 [:D] person 5 [8|]

At anyrate, it reminds me of a little story of myself. Finnally being able to fulfill my fettish desires in College, I realized that i wasn't all that good at giving women oral sex.
