As I sat here, and watched Hurricane Ernesto come ashore for a second time , around Wilmington, North Carolina, I heard my father (whom I take care of) say, and I quote, "Damn!  I was hoping it would hit D.C., just so I could see all the FEMA trailers parked on the lawn of the White House. "
