Tell us what movies you have seen recently (new or on dvd) and rate it for us.

I seen Wickerman this past weekend. The older version was better. Don't waste your money to go see it. Wait till it comes out on dvd.

I saw World Trade Center....and I didnt like it very well...it focused on two families.  I thought it would be alot better.

This past weekend I saw a really good psychological drama that's out on dvd "Oldboy".  The ending was quite disturbing but would make for great conversation.
Weekend before I saw two other fun to watch movies that are out on dvd,
*Inside Man
*16 Blocks

Rosa

P.S.  I forgot to add, theres a bit of torture, hypnotism, bondage etc. in "Oldboy"    Also, some of the acting, leaves much to be desired, but over all, the movie is worth viewing.

I haven't seen any of the new releases recently, but of some that are just out on DVD, I recommend "Running Scared" if you don't mind a lot of cursing, and "RV" for some laughs.

RV, yes that was funny or maybe it was my daughter that made it so.  when she  laughs loud and  hystericaly it makes the movie fun..
I thought The Inside Man was very good
Little Manhattan was a cute sweet movie
An Older one Mind Hunters -  I kept trying to figure out who the killer was
( I love those kinds of movies)

Cheaper by the dozen 2 was funny!

Madeas family Reunion was funny

Take the Lead was exceptionally boring.

Snakes On A Plane.  I watched most of the movie from between my fingers, but I loved how creatively people were "attacked", however.  If you dont have a problem watching snakes gnaw on various passengers, and bad acting, go see it.

Yes I agree, Madea's Family Reunion was Funny

Darn, was Take the Lead that bad?  Its on my list of movies to see.

Think I'll look up,  the Desent to see what that's all about.

I use Netflix and just received, Wicker Park and Match Point, so, I'll be watching these two this weekend.

Silent Hill. Very dark movie. Based on the game. If you haven't played the game or know someone who did your going to be confused. (I played the game for acouple of years before finding out it was coming out in a movie.)

All in all it was a pretty good movie. Special effects were pretty good as well. Worth renting.
