A lot of people listen to music based on their mood.  So, based on your mood right now as you read this, what song are you listening to or would you be listening to if you had music on?

I latin so I'm listening to Luis Miguel, La Gloria Erest Tu.  However if I were listening to a song in English it would be Don't it Make My Brown Eyes Blue Lyrics by Crystal Gayle.

Just in a mellow mood I guess cause I listen all kinds of music, yes, including country.

Just went to www.music.msn.com and searched for that song.  Listened to the sample.  Cool music!

"City of Delusion" by Muse has been in my head tonight.  Not sure it matches my mood, but it was the last song I listened to on the way home from work.

Be well,
Julie

When I am making love, I would have to vote for Bob Marley, Dire Straits, or something similarly plaintive and gentle.

When I am scening my tastes tend towards the weird like Gregorian Chanting or Japanese drumming.  Drowning pool, Rob Zombie, and the like, which seem to be de rigeur at The Lair, are so banal to me.  I like subtlety.

Just me, could be wrong, etc.

I'm listening to "A Friend of Pat Robertson's" on someone's myspace.  I love it.  I'm gonna have to go out and buy the album.

When I'm scening I like upbeat music depending on the subs I'm scening with and what I'm doing to them...lol
So, I usually carry Cascada or some form of trance music that has a good rhythm for flogging and such.

Re. dada's "A Friend of Pat Robertson" I don't think you can get that song on an album yet as it is one of the songs on their upcoming release.  I would highly recommend their first CD "Puzzle" or their fourth "dada" as a starting point, then proceed to the others if you like what you hear.  Also, if you get a chance to see them live, do so.  They are awesome.

I love the blues -- very naughty music. I'm listening to Lightnin' Hopkins' "Shinin' Blues" right now. It's a song about him peeking into his girlfriend's window while she's undressing. Sounds like he was a bit of a voyeur.

Nice to know I'm not the only one with a penchant for Taiko Drums while scening. My Wife was a little bit worried the first time she heard those drums pound away as I cut off kit'ns panties with a katana. LOL
