On the other side, I have noticed a chat feature that you can click on to talk with someone. Sometimes it's on a profile, sometimes it's not. I don't understand why this is and how to get it on there. Can anyone help?

as far as I know, that button will show up when the person is currently online. It shows up on your profile too when you're online.

Thank you, I was talking back and forth with someone in the email section, and decided to go to live chat and the button wasn't available to me. The other person did find it on their side, but I was looking all over their profile, messages, etc and couldn't find it LOL Thanks ~Big
