Any woman but Hillary
I don't like Hillary either, but I would vote for her before Ms Rice.    M

Condi us very shrewd.  She knows how to play the Washington game.  But has she sold her soul for it, is what I would want to know.

M. LS-

That's the sort of thing I mean- M. Rice (IMO) has sold her soul- she wouldn't be a black woman in the white house, she'd just be another puppet of the ol boys club...

Stay warm,
Lawrence

She may have played the game to get where she is at.. She would have two options on what to do with what she has learned.  She could use that knowledge to kick the corrupt ass in the government, being she would know where it is, how it got there and how to clean it up or she can continue "business as usual" and secure her financial future and those around her.

This is where the "female" mind would come into play. It's self-preservation vs nurture. Secure your future or heal the country. I would have no idea what outcome she would choose.  It would depend on how bad off we really are.  Whenever Bush's ratings get  low.. he drags out the 9/11 hysteria to frighten us all back into submission.  I'm tired of his boogyman tactics.

sissifytoserve -> RE: Woman President (9/9/2006 4:26:56 PM)

I don't like Rice either.

If there was a woman candidate that is PRO-Liberty and PRO-Constitution and PRO national sovereignty FIRST and not an internationalist...Id vote for her.

Would you vote for a woman to be president?  If yes, why?  If no, why?

Yes, but only if she understood the major issues and clearly and openly discussed them.

Since this will never happen with either of the two main political parties, she would also have to be a third-party candidate.

It doesn't matter to me if the right candidate is male, female, black, white, yellow, red, or brown. If the right person ever emerges, I'll know in short time.

eroticangel -> RE: Woman President (9/9/2006 5:00:23 PM)

we don't have a woman ready for the job right now...none with enough power in the political arena...Hilary would suffer the baggage from her husband...Condi Rice would suffer the baggage of our President...so i feel right now we don't have a woamn who is involved enough..an as an aside....ya have to play the game to get elected in these United States

sissifytoserve -> RE: Woman President (9/9/2006 5:04:46 PM)

The game is rigged.

It has been for decades if not centuries.

The internationalist big banks and corps. control WHO gets selected to run.

I was just being my usual silly self.

Oh oh...look out.....

If you MIGHT happen to look at the way the real world works differently...you may immediately get attacked and cast out as a "Tin-foil hatter".

REAL patriots ask questions.

I would vote for the person - gender is not what determines someone's qualifications to lead?

I echo this.  Gender, race or religeon do not matter.  Character, ethics, and track record do.

How about adding to your list core values of which I belive character and ethics are only two small parts

Works for me :)

I agree with that last statement, believe it or not.

"There ought to be limits to freedom"

George W. Bush

Disturbing statements, but it's a long way from there to believing the Loose Change crew.

sissifytoserve -> RE: Woman President (9/9/2006 6:13:54 PM)

Nah..I don't need to watch that documentary to have figured out WHO the real guilty parties are.

http://www.scholarsfor911truth.org/ have compliled the facts.

But back on topic......

The biological sex of the p-resident means little to me, although a woman president would be a refreshing change.

I'm more concerned with WHO pulls the strings from behind the scenes.

LeMis -> RE: Woman President (9/9/2006 9:08:45 PM)

Uhmmm, didn't we already have a woman president?  [;)]

Oh wait, my bad, [&:]
that was her husband, Bill who was prez, roflmao....  [:D]

FangsNfeet -> RE: Woman President (9/9/2006 11:23:45 PM)

I would never vote for a person based on there sex, race, or political party. I like to hear what people have to say and look at there past events to see how there walk compares to there talk.

Yes and have done so, we've had two female presidents here in Ireland.  As to why... they were the best candidates up.

Oumae
Nodz...and the track record of many females who have entered the political arena worldwide has laid the groundwork to make a female President a realistic possibility. Personally, I'm not going to judge a candidate by what is between their legs, I'm going to judge them by what is between their ears.
